Here goes with the recipe: Pecans at Costco 2 lbs bags. 2 egg whites(when I make a lot I buy the egg whites in the carton at the market)  beat until frothy about 2 minutes add 1t. of water beat a little more, mix nuts into whites until covered. in a bowl mix 1 cup of sugar, 1 t. salt, 1 t. cinnamon, stir then pour over nuts and toss till coated. spread nuts out on one or two  cookie sheets.

 Bake at 250 for one hour. stirring every 15 minutes.  Yummmmm

 Package AFTER they are cooled (air tight Xmas baggies for Christmas) I get mine at Oriental Trading Co. on line. But they can also be found in a cake decorating store.
