These pretty little sandwiches can be made
ahead
and frozen before baking.
Serves
4
13 oz. pkg. of cream cheese, (soft)
1 T. Butter (soft)
2 cups cubed left over Turkey or Chicken
1 T.chopped onion and celery (sauteed)
1 T. Dry Ranch Dip
pinch of pepper
1 T. Milk
1 (8oz) can Pillsbury Crescent rolls
1T. melted butter
Heat over to 350
Combine all ingredients in a mixer except for
Rolls and 1 T. melted butter
Separate dough into 4 rectangles. Press Perforations
to seal them.I also roll a rolling pin over them
to make them a little bigger (but you don't have
to)
spoon mixture onto the center of each rectangle.
Pull 4 corners of the dough to the center of
the Chicken mixture, twist and pinch the top.
Brush the tops of the sandwiches with melted
butter.
Sprinkle a little of the extra Ranch dip on
the top or
Italian bread crumbs.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes "Golden
Brown"
