Makes 60 mints
3 oz pk cream cheese (room temperature)
2 1/2 powder sugar
4 drops peppermint flavoring
color
Super fine sugar
Mix cream cheese and powder sugar together
put in flavoring and then knead until pie dough
consistency.
Take a small pinch and roll it into a ball, then roll
it into super fine sugar. Press ball into the mold
remove excess mixture and unmold at once onto
waxed paper.
