1 Chopped onion
1 fresh jalapeno pepper seeded
and chopped finely (use
gloves)
4 cloves garlic
1/4 C. veg. oil
1 can (14oz) stewed tomato
2 cans (10 oz) tomatoes w/ green chili's
2 (10 1/2 oz) can beef bouillon
2 cans of chicken broth undiluted
2 (10oz) tomato soup undiluted
3 C. water
2 t. cumin
1/2 t. red Chiles (opt.)
graded cheese (put in bowl)
2 T. fresh chop Cilantro (on top)
Flour tortilla thinly striped
and divided (on top)
Saute first 3 ing. and then add the next 9, you can
add chicken if you wish, bring to a boil and reduce to
simmer for 1 hour
